4 cherry tomatoes

8 orange Southern Valley Grab & Go Mini Sweet Peppers

1 yellow squash from Southern Valley Grab & Go Squash Medley

1 zucchini from Southern Valley Grab & Go Squash Medley

1 red onion

¼ cup Bella Sun Luci Olive Oil

1 tbsp. Heather’s Dirty Good Original Seasoning

8 kabob sticks


Layer halved cherry tomato, orange mini sweet pepper, 1” slice yellow squash, 1” slice zucchini, 5 slices red onion on kabob sticks. Mix seasoning and olive oil. Coat veggies with olive oil mixture and let sit 10-15 min. Grill skewers, turning occasionally about 10-12 min or until veggies are lightly charred. Serve immediately.
