Mozzarella Stuffed Meatballs

2 lbs ground beef

1 egg

½ cup Aleia’s Gluten Free Italian Bread Crumbs

1 tbsp. Heather’s Dirty Goodness Original seasoning

2 tbsp. water

2 cups fresh Mozzarella Company Mozzarella Balls

¼ cup Chedz

Sour cream if desired

1 jar Galassi Sweet Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce for dipping


Preheat oven to broil. Line large baking sheet with foil and cooking spray. In large mixing bowl, combine beef, egg, Aleia’s Gluten Free Bread Crumbs, Heather’s Dirty Good Original seasoning, and water. Crush Chedz into fine powder, place crumbs on plate. Scoop out 1 tablespoon of mixture, wrap around 1 Mozzarella Company Mozzarella Ball. Make sure to completely cover cheese with meat mixture and then roll meatball in Chedz crumbs. Place crusted meatballs on baking sheet. Repeat until all of the mixture is formed into crusted meatballs. Broil 15 minutes. Serve with Galassi Sweet Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce for dipping.
