Gluten-Free Sausage, Pepper & Mushroom Pizza

1 tbsp Bella Sun Luci Olive Oil
½ tsp garlic salt
2 Kegel’s Produce bell peppers, washed and sliced
1/2 small Kegel’s Produce Red Onion, sliced
½ cup shredded or sliced mozzarella
¼ cup grated Milano’s asiago, parmesan and romano blend
¼ lb Mulay’s Italian sausage (Killer Hot, Original, or Mild), cooked
Salt & pepper to taste
Brush crust with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt. Top crust with sausage, peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Top with cheese. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
