Gluten-Free Breakfast Pizza

Yields: 4 servings
1 tbsp Bella Sun Luci Olive Oil
½ tsp garlic salt
2 Kegel’s Produce bell peppers, washed and sliced
1/2 small Kegel’s Produce Red Onion, sliced
½ cup shredded or sliced Mozzarella Company Capriella mozzarella
Salt & pepper to taste
Brush crust with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt. Top crust with peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Top with cheese. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes. Halfway through, crack eggs in center of pizza and continue baking. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
