Cantaloupe Cheese Salad

1 Frey Farms Cantaloupe
¾ lbs. Amerisal Foods Perla Queso Duro Blanco(sliced in bite-size cubes)
¼ cup Fresh Mint Leaves (sliced)
2 tbs. Bella Sun Luci Olive Oil
1/3 lbs. thinly sliced prosciutto (torn into bite-sized pieces)
Make melon balls or bite-size pieces of cantaloupe. Combine with fresh mint and cheese cubes, toss in olive oil. Add prosciutto. Serve immediately.
