This Sunday, fans across the country will gather in front of their big screens to watch the New England Patriots face off against the Los Angeles Rams for Super Bowl LIII. Mediterranean Nachos

Cook Time: 10 minutes


8 oz bag Regenie’s Pita Chips

1 cup Hummus Chick hummus (classic, roasted garlic & cilantro, or spicy)

½ cup Lemon juice

1 tbsp. Olive oil

2 tsp. Heathers Dirty Goodness Sophistication seasoning

2 cups Milano’s grated Parmesan cheese

Salsa (Try My Brother’s Salsa or Treasure Valley Salsa)

Choose your Produce Toppings: Try Southern Valley, Frey Farms, or Kegel’s Produce

For Patriots Fans:

  • Red: tomatoes, red bell peppers

  • Blue: kalamata olives, boiled red cabbage (it turns blue!)

  • White: white onion, artichoke hearts, mushrooms

For Rams Fans:

  • Gold: yellow bell peppers, banana peppers

  • Blue: kalamata olives, boiled red cabbage (it turns blue!)

  • White: white onion, artichoke hearts, mushrooms


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spread Regenie’s Pita Chips on 2 large baking sheets in single layer. Combine hummus, lemon juice, olive oil, and Sophistication seasoning. Mix well. Add water as needed for consistency. Spread mixture over chips evenly. Bake for 5 minutes, remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Add desired toppings. Serve with salsa.

Gluten-Free Sausage, Pepper & Mushroom Pizza


Prep Time: 10 min.

Cook Time: 15 min.


1 CAULIPOWER Plain pizza crust

1 tbsp Bella Sun Luci Olive Oil

½ tsp garlic salt

2 Kegel’s Produce bell peppers, washed and sliced

1/2 small Kegel’s Produce Red Onion, sliced

¾ cup Kegel’s Produce Sliced Mushrooms

½ cup shredded or sliced mozzarella

¼ cup grated Milano’s asiago, parmesan and romano blend

¼ lb Mulay’s Italian sausage (Killer Hot, Original, or Mild), cooked

Salt & pepper to taste


Brush crust with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt. Top crust with sausage, peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Top with cheese. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve immediately.

Bloody Mary Hot Wings

3 lbs Chicken Wings

1 tbsp. Bella Sun Luci Olive Oil

1 tsp. Celery salt

1 tsp. Pepper

1 tsp. Garlic salt

¾ cup Brown sugar

1/2 cup Fast Mary’s Bloody Mary Enhancer

3 cups Natalie’s Orchid Island Carrot Tomato Juice

½ cup Crooked Water Simple Vodka


2/3 cup Sour Cream

2 tsp. Horseradish

2 tsp. Chopped Dill


In a large bowl, combine the wings, vegetable oil, celery salt, and black pepper. Mix well. In a separate bowl, mix Fast Mary’s Blood Mary Enhancer, Natalie’s Orchid Island Carrot Tomato Juice, brown sugar, garlic salt and Crooked Water Vodka. Pour wet mixture over wings, cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spread wings on baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes. Pour remainder of marinade into a medium saucepan and simmer over medium heat 15 minutes until reduced to a thick sauce. Brush wings with sauce and broil for 5 minutes. Serve immediately.

Meanwhile combine sour cream, horseradish and chopped dill in small bowl for dipping.

Salted Caramel Chocolate Cookies


Prep Time: 10 min.

Cook Time: 30 min.


1 package Grain Free Mama’s Chocolate Cookie Mix

10 oz Sweet Jules Gifts caramels (Classic Vanilla Bean, Café Italiano, or Fleur de Sel)

Coarse sea salt


Lightly grease cookie sheet. Make chocolate chip cookies according to package.

Immediately after removing cookies from oven, lightly press a spoon in center of each cookie to make small crater. In small saucepan on low heat or in microwave in 10 second increments, melt caramels. Immediately pour melted caramel in cookie craters. Sprinkle with sea salt. Let cool before serving.
